Gray Fox was established in 2000 with the acquisition and development of several residential subdivisions in Geauga County, Ohio. Ryan Sommers is the founding principal of Gray Fox and serves as its President. Mr. Sommers, a public accountant by training, previously working in the public accounting field. Gray Fox has developed more than 2000 acres of land in the Greater Cleveland area.
